Asian Ginger Baked Salmon

 
       1/2 cup soy sauce

        1/2 cup Japanese mirin rice wine

        2 cloves garlic, minced

        Minced fresh ginger

        1 to 1-1/2 pounds fresh salmon fillets


 

Mix together all ingredients and pour into large plastic ziplock bag.  Add fish to bag and marinate for several hours.  Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until salmon flakes when cut.
